The only PS4 delay that would be big news to me would be The Last of Us 2. What other big first-party PS4 games are there that have set dates? I wouldn’t be surprised if Sony launched The Last of Us 2 during PS5’s launch & added improvements for people that play the game on PS5.
I doubt it's The Last of Us Part II. They just announced its launch date pretty recently. It is more than likely that Ghost of Tsushima given how radio silent updates have been and here's why:
I could definitely see Ghost getting pushed to PS5, but that wouldn’t be surprising and/or “big news” to me due to the fact that we haven’t heard much about the game lately. I honestly expected it to be pushed to PS5 months ago.
Ghost of Tsushima was revealed at E3 2017, it hasn't made any appearance at any other trade show best to my knowledge) since then. On top of that, back in April, Sucker Punch posted a job opening for a Narrative Writer, the posting indicated the story needed a lot of fleshing out
It makes more sense that Ghosts would come out as early as 2021 with a PS4 release getting canceled in favor of a PS5 release.
