I just experienced subtle racism during an Editorial-related job and honestly I don't want the job anymore. I was qualified for the position and told there was benefits by the recruiter only to be told by the hiring manager I would get none of that. @WritersofColor
Honestly, that was the first time in an interview I had where I was treated hostile despite my experience is exactly what they wanted I guess they saw my appearance and realized it wasn't enough
