But I can concur with the other side of the argument in the context that Fortnite in my opinion is not one of those games that has a “legacy” impact on the industry such as games like Super Mario Bros. Metal Gear Solid 2, and The Last of Us to name a few

But that doesn’t mean that the industry has been impacted by Fortnite if anything I feel that Fortnite is living proof that free-to-play games can be done without being plagued with abuse in the form of micro transactions.’

Fortnite is one of those games that people will remember long after it’s ship has sailed. It might not have the appeal as other games from other genres but let it be known that Fortnite is living proof that free-to-play games can be relevant in an industry about profit.
