I really liked it too. There were a lot of great references and the Gundam scene stole it for me! The book was a little darker though and warned of the future. The film was more like 'LOOK AT THIS COOL SH*T WE'LL HAVE IN THE FUTURE'
I think it was good! It could’ve been better in certain areas but overall it’s a solid 8/10 for me
