CPAs should not file income tax returns for clients who do not have a reasonable basis for their ERC claim. If reasonable basis, the income tax return may be filed with disclosure (20-25% chance). Per AICPA Risk Alert

Ugh. More ERC nonsense. Direct email today -> "I wanted to reach out and let you know that XXX qualifies for the ERC funding grant program available for 2020 & Q1-Q3 of 2021." Fun fact: This company (owned by someone else) has effectively been out of business for some time.
