Let’s have a real talk for a minute, I’m kinda conflicted now but is it still worth pursuing a career in the games industry outside of development?
For reference: I am a cis woman, openly Bi and white passing. It can be a tough road. I think a lot of it depends on what you value and then aligning that with the company you choose, the project and your role within them.
