Once 8:00 rolls around, I'm already in the "Well, I'm already awake... So I guess I can get out of bed" state.
Ugghhhh so not either. This isn't a great idea but, to make it easier, I set my alarm with a half hour or so if "waking up" time. So, if I want to start my day at 8:00, I will set alarm for 7:30 and just use that half hour to stay in bed, read, look at phone.
