      Cederborg says public health risk makes case clear that Immanuel is violating order. Expects a higher court to rule eventually on similar case.

      Immanuel attorney Jennifer Bursch says no incidents of COVID since August 13 opening. Says there is a fundamental, constitutional right to education. Says significant portion of school has antibodies. Means there would be no irreparable harm. Herd immunity.
