#Fresno council passes mandatory masks and other provisions, 4-2. B/c it did not receive 5 votes, it does not go into effect immediately. Needs second vote, and then goes into effect 30 days later.@GarryBredefeld@kmkarbassi vote no. Also, dedicated complaint hotline scrapped.Show this thread
