sleep shortage that is build up for week or months is not compensated in a few days. The effect takes a few week to wear off. (Which means, probably never for me )

There is a easy way to test if you had enough sleep. Take a nap without an alarm. If you sleep much longer than 1h you had not enough (good sleep).

Just keep at it. Your body and mind probably still haven’t recharged in those three nights. It really does make a difference though, if you have the option to sustain it
