    Can’t express how much of my survival and growth over the last four + years I owe to the friendship and sisterhood of 💕 This conversation was lifting. Thank you for having us both.

    Thanks to , I spent some time with the one and only meditating on the future of hope. She is so wise, a wisdom born of a strong, courageous heart. One of my favorite conversations ever. Hope you get a chance to listen.
