It's British, but could well be based on one of those. It does seem to have four drive (toothed) sprockets

Very interesting, Mike. Doesn't appear to be in any of what I'd see as standard references. Thought at first it had Studebaker tank-ish suspension, but no. Think you'll be pursuing this one at 'work'.
