Colorado resident here. He not only spoke out against it, he appeared in scare ads about crime going out of control and how it would increase other drug use.
This is fairly extraordinary. As far as I know he did an alright job make it work after it passed. I think he’s earned the flip flop on that one. Only controversy I remember is him trying to raid the taxes funds from it for ads warning about its dangers.
