15 yr old Black boy, Lucca picked up a cell phone that fell out of the pocket of a Black boy who was being arrested. In response @browardsheriff officers Christopher Krickovich & Greg LaCerra pepper sprayed, brutally beat, and arrested him.
He broke no laws.

Here’s another angle that shows @browardsheriff’s deputy pepper spraying unarmed Black boy, Lucca, who posed no threat. He then slammed his head into the concrete, arrested him & charged him with ASSAULTING the cops.

I said this before. As a mother of a young black man, I don’t sleep or rest easy when he’s out off my site. This is the reason. These sheriffs should be stripped of their badges and prosecuted.

I’m a martial artist. I go to conferences w/ LE. This is absolutely NOT a technique. Neither is a punch to the back of the head. There are hundreds of ways to restrain/subdue someone without hurting them. I’m 5’4” and could have subdued him. Those cops are trained in brutality.
