if killing an opposing faction player had a chance to drop a legendary, would that make being out and about in the world more exciting?

There would be heavy diminishing returns on killing the same player repeatedly. Duh!

Yeah of course, and it's totally just me being cynical, but in my mind it would either be OP / exploited or not enough incentive

as a nice little bonus for ppl who already wpvp it's good yeah, but if it's good enough to make ppl do, guilds will exploit imo
