for most of my youth, i focused on figuring out if i could climb a mountain now that ive climbed one and a few more, where its less of an “if” and more of a “when”, i find it valuable to be meticulous about the mountains i choose to take on

You can climb any mountain my man. You're talented and more importantly dedicated. I relate to this thought a lot, and in the past I've had a hard time accepting that what I overcame weren't just small hills. I'm starting to develop that self recognition more lately
the limiting factor is time to me and most challenges i was chasing were in competitive games where, as you know, it requires 1000s of hours to master love those challenges, but was putting off other interests and racing to the top which is no good
