DHS can “consider” all it wants, but this is just wrong and also illegal, unethical, immoral and really, really stupid. The consequences? Military, diplomatic and US contractor families will no longer sign up to serve the USA abroad. The ignorance is incredible.

Unfortunately, our military servicemembers do not have a choice. I was born to 2 US Army soldiers in Germany. Most of my classmates in H.S. near Ft. Campbell, KY were armybrats born all over the world because of the 101st ABN. Soldiers are gov't property. This policy is FUBAR.
