      Replying to @Madsenanders1 @kinnedyrayne @LyraSAndPan

RT:"Just for the record, by the age of 16, 99% of boys can retract their foreskin. It's completely natural." That's called ritual genital mutilation (eg forcible retraction).

you must be confused about what the word forced means...

The foreskin is not supposed to retract. It is called phimosis.

      Replying to @TakeThatMorals @LyraSAndPan and

Phimosis is natural in children, and clears up by the age of 17 in over 99% of men, most are retractile around puberty. Phimosis after that age isn't right and needs correcting, this can be done with steroidal creams and stretching (look into phimocure) in 80% of cases.

Phimosis is not something which "clears up". Your propaganda is just #ShitProCuttersSay. #i2

What the actual fuck? #ShitProCuttersSay is "phimosis is a serious problem that needs surgery, it doesn't clear up on its own". It does go away on its own MOST of the time. Forced retraction is bad. Unforced retraction can happen naturally anywhere from a few years to puberty

Intact genitals never "need surgery", unless the goal is ritual genital mutilation. #i2

      Replying to @TakeThatMorals @KhazWolf and

Phimosis is not something which "needs to go away", as phimosis is the natural state of the penis.

      Replying to @TakeThatMorals @ReyosB and

Not when it's causing chronic pain, it's not. Phimosis can be a valid condition, and the treatment is tissue expansion by tension. IF that somehow fails, and there are no options but surgery, preputioplasty is the surgery of choice. Circumcision is not valid for phimosis.

RT:"preputioplasty is the surgery of choice. " Babies don't "choose" to have their genitals ritually mutilated. Babies don't consent to ritual genital mutilation. #i2
