Thanks for the feedback – the change isn’t meant to make it harder to get a badge. The old system only verified >100k subs, but not proof of authenticity. This update improves that. Channels that need clear proof of authenticity/meet the criteria, can still get verification.

Because it goes from saying you need to have a prominent presence online to then saying everyone is able to do it so which one is it?
