But it's up to the one who made the claim to make that decision and most claims are from people who don't even own the copyright in the first place and are trying to take our money. They never take the claim away and screw us in the long run destroying the site's reputation. (1)
Why not have people hired to manage copyright holders and hold them accountable by setting more regulations for copyright holders like asking for legal documentation saying they own this content? At this point its not reliable anymore to depend on YouTube to make a living. (2)
