Value means nothing for my tax bill until there's a rate applied. Half the equation. Local gov't generates tax rate to fund their desired bottom line AFTER appraisal role is certified. They have the most control bc it's their budget and they conjure the final variable.
That’s a convo to have w/#txlocal But if appraisals are half the equation and you control that half, isn’t the product less?
