What are the odds of @GovAbbott delaying Phase 2 since we have had so many positive cases over the last few days?

None, since those huge positive numbers are including those that test positive for antibodies.
According to the PC, those numbers are reported separately. So no, the spike in positive cases don’t include antibody results.

The state has a couple of hot spots but otherwise in good shape. Panhandle & El Paso seem to be the only things that have him remotely concerned.
