I’m not convinced that looking at outcomes and figuring out what it costs to give every kid a quality education are mutually exclusive. Wouldn’t the fruits of an excellent education for all be seen in our outcomes across the state?
Right. If we were providing a quality education, we would be the best state for job creation and entrepreneurship. Wait, what?

@txlege but that isn't a good measure of equitably providing an excellent education. We know our education system and workforce are leaving large groups of Texans behind.
