  Weber translation: I have used the tried and true Republican techniques for voter suppression in Texas for many years. They work well and need to be continued. If everyone who is eligible to vote could vote, we would lose by a landslide.

  Maryland is doing same thing. Mailing application for mail in voter ballot. Crazy, first time I've ever seen this, you al ready have to be a registered party voter or independent. So, why are they stiring pot.
