If oil jobs and refineries lose biz, so will the Ports of Houston. All those empty storage tanks in
#TX14 idling, empty, and rotting, further polluting the Gulf coastal regions. Then the fisheries die and no more shrimp. All in TX #14. Houston, Weber is the "Problem."
