(2/5) There is, in fact, strong bipartisan support for the Administration & @NASA’s Artemis program—not limited to the Committee—but Congress as a whole.

(3/5) Congress remains committed to boots on the Moon for a number of reasons. You use “flags-and-footprints” to describe Congress’ vision for returning to the Moon & that couldn’t be further from reality.

(4/5) Further, the claim that the bill prohibits the ability to “tap lunar resources” is factually incorrect. & To accuse Committee of “handing NASA’s human spaceflight over to Boeing” (as your title suggests) is a pretty wild accusation. & we both know that’s just not the case

(5/5) I could go on. Some facts: 1. the House bill is still subject to change as it makes its way through the legislative process. 2. We ARE going & we are going TOGETHER—NASA, with the help of our Commercial and International partners.

Mr. Berger has more meteorological and NASA knowledge in 5 minutes of thinking than politician
@TXRandy14 will ever have. Randy has only his own spoiled political agenda (read lies and misinformation) and hopes for more monetary gain in mind, never the interests of the public. - Show replies

how could there be permanent presence on the moon when sls costs $2B per launch?
-
SLS, cost wise, is going to look like a really, really poor investment when Starship and Blue Origin are fully operational at a fraction of the price per launch.

It’s an awful bill that has damaged the excitement for the Artemis program. And yes, it is a bill that fits Boeing’s (and LM) desires. You released it on a Friday evening hoping nobody would notice it, and now you are quickly backtracking.
