So much this. As amazing as it sounds, not all of us see ourselves reflected in 65 year old+ white men.
I think the lesson Democrats should learn from primary victories by @AOC & @JamaalBowmanNY is nominate young, cool people! Pick folks that are connected to and have served their communities, have inspiring stories, and connect with voters. Let them see themselves in their Reps.

That's a two-fold issue. Committee precinct captains to nominate decent folks, and a woke electorate who takes a minute to delve into the nominees lives and history. Elections ARE term limits, as long as there is an opponent offered up.
