Attorney Lawrence Buhler: every skier knows the skier code of conduct. You have to ski in control and the skiers in front of you have the right away. And if there is a collision you have to report it to the ski patrol - “that was not done in this case” #kutv2news

Buhler: this is not about going after an actress. We would be here no matter who hit him. This caused a brain injury. #kutv2news

Terry Anderson / Alleged victim: reliving this is hard. Skiing with five other friends it was a beautiful day. We passed two signs slow down “I heard this hysterical scream - instantaneous I got hit in the back - remember going down” that’s all i remember #kutv2news

          Replying to @TVDanRascon @Deer_Valley @GwynethPaltrow

It’s irritating to think Gwyneth thinks she’s above everyone else that she could ski away after injuring someone. And the instructor should be held responsible somewhere here too. Deer Valley shows they care more about some people over others.
