ok I didn't mean it that literally.. but some of these people worked heavily on Evangelion and still deserve credit.... "shit taste"? I mean.. really leff? There are plenty of interesting points below the surface.

these aren't "interesting points", theyre barely meaningful trivia used as fluff, and is not in any way original either. it doesnt do anything to the huge flaws the core of the show has

You don't find the situation of the adults interesting? That at the end of a highly teched world lies a pod pumping them full of dopamine? How they ended up there? Why are our children being individuals significant?

this show does nothing to properly explore it, and it has been done much better in other shows/media.

Maybe, I haven't seen a shown thats reduced human beings too a sack of meat only existing to 'receive' happiness. The idea of thats all we are is terrifying. I'm incredibly interested on how they ended up there. And I HOPE that our kids route is key to that. Thats neat to me.
