Hiro teleporting around part confused me and im assuming you are basically referring to how he got there in the battlefield itself. Also, to address the whole resolution thing, either way it goes that problem would have to be solved quickly but it can have lingering effects.
he goes from starting at the screens - her room - battlefield in literally no time and if you watch the ep after it has no lingering effects, 002 is now a completely different person and everyone is fine with her beating them down despite no apology

Im talking about their homes being destroyed which essentially puts them in a massively shitty spot. And honestly without 002 hiro basically is a walking deadman or to the cast he most likely just be gone.
