Two questions, 1) Are you using the Decklink capture source (you should be) and 2) Do you have enough power going to the card?
Yeah and 2. What do you mean enough power, what could I unplug

You using the USB 3.0 version? If so, you might have to start unplugging stuff and switching it to a different port, on laptops especially, sometimes one port just works clearly better than others with USB 3.0 cards.

Tried this once already, and yeah 3.0, will try once more I guess!
