I always found the "Hbox doesn't play friendlies with other top players" to be silly, given that it's competition and fair to not give practice to your competition. However, given Melee's culture of playing with each other, I can see why top players wouldn't hang with him either
Top players dislike him for being a fuckhead to puff mains who do play us, not the fact that he doesnt play us himself.
