what do people think about bardock feels like hes really good vs some teams, esp tall chars, and then utter trash vs some chars

He has great damage (match start ToD), good to great mixups and his buttons are absolutely insane like https://twitter.com/silva_hime/status/979158728149741568 … I don't see a way he isn't top tier
thats air m2, which is easy to see coming lol his other buttons outside of jab and J H are average at best

also his damage is clearly below average/average in most situations, and the round start tods doesnt work with most good bardock teams as far as we know atm
