I found matcha Kit Kat in France in an asian supermarket, it's a popular product I believe so you should find it easily

When you go to GOML, there's a legit Japanese cafe called Tsujiri in Toronto that just does matcha everything. Try roasted matcha if you haven't already, it's another dimension of matcha you didn't even know you wanted.
