Cell assist is a bit awkward to convert from and is at an angle where he cannot convert off of some things midscreen. Gohan assist can launch people back up for an extension, but I believe it's the L version of his DP, so it's not invuln or anything crazy.
Theyre fine, but still not amazing enough to really pull together a team synergy wise in many cases

And I feel the answer to that is Yes for some teams, no for others. I personally run Blue Vegeta because I want to actively use Vegeta more in the match, and hes definitely a better character than SSJ when it comes to being in play. But his assist doesn't hold a candle to SSJ :3.

Nah leffen is right. Go1 isnt playing a 3 man team. Hes playing gohan with vegeta assist and cell with vegeta assist. Having the extra assist is just a plus for him

I like SSJ's design a god tier assist but very mediocre as a character itself. Will the 2 other people on your team super benefit from Vegeta assist, so much so you wont need to put him in much? Thats where I think the choice to put SSJ vegeta on your team or not comes down to.
