I don't hate Snowy as a person, but watching Leffen, Armada, bracket seeding, etc treat him like this is absolutely infuriating for myself and other top TX players. I'll probably need a few tweets to explain why:

Rankings. He is not ranked in TX. He is not even the highest ranked Puff in Texas. He has a perfectly losing record vs players who are ranked higher than him, have a perfect record vs him, but just don't travel quite as much and get all that top player attention.

Exposure really is everything, as we are seeing with this whole ordeal. Which it absolutely is... Snowy isn't awful, but his level of play does not condone the level of top player attention he gets. It's hard because the rest of TX gets no cred at all.

TX needs to travel far more than it does, but I feel even then if SDJ gets top 64 at a couple of events that Snowy's relatively unearned prestige will keep him in the spotlight more than all the other TX players who also deserve it.

This reads as me whining for attention, but think about Bananas. He's a player who traveled to nationals as well, has TONS of amazing wins, and he didn't even make it on to MIOM top 100. On top of this, Mojo was under ranked.
