Rode Nt1a is a solid XLR at a reasonable price. If you dont kind spending extra go for a Cad E100s (super cardioid) and a Zoom H5 if you don't already have an interface. I think it would suit you well with as much as you travel.

These are good but you really have to put those things right at your mouth to get the best quality which is not really convinient when streaming

Electrovoice RE20 is the overlooked goat for web streaming. Honestly if you're looking for quality though, the mic is only half the battle. The preamp is important too. That's why many people stick with the SM7 and a cloud lifter; It stays simple.

Not XLR mic exactly, but the USB version of the AT2020 is a solid choice
