you can't actually easily SDI out of it, esp since he can delay it on purpose (tech trap mixup, non reactable). getting fox off low % is key

the high % cg doesn't actually matter much at all, esp on stages with platforms. neither does uthrow uair since it should never work anyway

either way, adding 1 frame on something that isnt true comboable (and even then sdiable) is far less than allowing a key low% combo starter

Thats fair, but I maintain that, w/ neutral start, port overall plays bigger role in matches than striking and RPP is worth taking a look at

i will agree that this needs to be investigated further for sure, what matchups does port 1s priority matter etc

Ruleset is #1 priority needs immediate fix imo. Then more research+ruleset testing+ucf success can determine if its worth modding further
