port priority doesn't need to be changed. Rule sets are made for a reason. You RPS for your port in exchange for stage striking first

Striking first is barely an advantage; I'm not even sure it is one. Ports are of a huge significance.
nah in some matchups (char or player specific ones) striking first can be a huge adv imo. port is only noticable in a few select ones

i disagree, and more importantly, so do almost everyone else. the amount of people who RPS for port is incredibly small
