For some reason this particular controllers shield drops didnt work on a certain type of setup. Not sure but I even tested other tvs

It was working perfectly on the friendly setups but then didnt on stream.

this is not a setup issue if they were using vanilla melee (which they were iirc), its your controllers deadzone

No way I can say for sure it was a setup issue. If you were here and tested it yourself you would have come to the same conclusion.

It was a wii using some type of loader. I am more than 100% sure it was a setup issue

If it was Nintendont loader with native input turned off, that would be the culprit.
