I can't explain but 5 other borrow controllers couldnt shield drop on it until I found someone with shield drop notches
...its not exactly rare that controllers without shield drop notches cant shield drop lol... thats why you get shield drop notches...

The biggest problem is it was a borrowed controller. A few setups had UCF (not stream). Probably why it worked on some and not others

How is borrowing a controller a problem. The only problem there was the fact the friendly setups were different from the stream.

That makes no sense. Notches have nothing to do with not being able to shield drop. I can shield drop usually with almost any controller

if it was on a wii then it could have been running on nintendont w native control off,if it's off then pushing R+Z+B+dpad down will quit out
