I'd imagine it's really good. Grab just beats shield and most foxes(myself included) try to cc down tilt Marth from habit
Prob because in the far majority of these situations vs marth youd get the same the punish from dash forward shield/shine oos?

Sometimes, but it means you have to be much closer for Shine to connect which is why I like CC + will grab the ledge if they are close to it

But what you said can and should be used too, I personally am not that good at it atm but I understand that it sometimes is great to use
