We had several players have different teammates which caused some discrepancies. Hopefully people will lock in teammates sooner next time.

Ill be sure to make it more clear going forward. Theres only 2 of us handling all of this, and mainly me doing social media, graphics, etc.
Ok. Not knowing when or where the event is until the same week isnt acceptable either btw. You still haven't answered my question either.

Also, a lot of the tournaments that were part of the circuit didn't apply, or weren't eligible until days before the event.
