Hax Mods make Melee less random (less mistakes) BUT Fox in SPECIFIC gets a HUGE buff imo (due to his UpB) so I'm pretty torn to be honest.
...not gonna lie this is the least informed/scrubbiest opinion I've seen on the subject.

Mods are not all bad or good as a whole, and the mods that make make dashback consistent are not the same as the angle mods.

I understand that; I refer to "Hax Mods" as all of them in conjunction being used (as they are in the latest Dolphin 5.5 beta)
