and 4. well fucking duh of course people who are good at any given game has more to have played more. this is true for 1v1 games too...

grinding games vs getting there quickly is different, and some people make it seem like its easy to instantly get to your best possible elo

this depends on the game (in OW bcuz of winstreaks its can take a day) but getting to a general percentile (5ish%) goes very quickly.
