after 10 minutes of labbing i have now found a practical sheik UP B recovery that you cant cover with ledge standup (you have to guess)

You roll in reaction to the fact that they did an up b high enough to double poof, not sure about potential mixups with drift back and stuff
you can just up b at a spacing where pressing forward in the later parts = double poof and just straight up = stay at the edge

P sure with a well timed roll falcon can dash SH uair the up b straight up at ledge (from double poof height), so what would sheik do?

double poof down (can grab edge, got it semi consistently just now)&just drift back -> shorten up forward (ledge) or straight (stage quick)
