after 10 minutes of labbing i have now found a practical sheik UP B recovery that you cant cover with ledge standup (you have to guess)

I'm pretty sure double poof beats regular getup anyway, tested in frame advance. Roll up can cover it though.

A timed ledge stand can beat laudandus recovery. Tested with Marth, a stand can cover ledge while still giving inv to protect from poof
