I'm pretty sure double poof beats regular getup anyway, tested in frame advance. Roll up can cover it though.
after 10 minutes of labbing i have now found a practical sheik UP B recovery that you cant cover with ledge standup (you have to guess)

roll up doesnt really work tho, still a read since you cant react to double poof and platforms make you recover too fast.
