I wouldnt say its purely theoretical, it is imo obviously the logical conclusion for chars with good ledgegame if they wanna win atm.

Me and armada already have exp against it and are good at being patient and it still worked. Imagine vs lucky for example, or s2j.

i thought lgl only takes effect when a timeout occurs? therefore yoshi, sheik etc are ok they just can't abusively camp ledge? thoughts?
