low% combos on fox on BF plat are tough-ish, so fthrow tech chase could be a substitute until you get better position for uthrow/edgemixups

or better % for plat combos VS. leffen saying the uthrow combos to plat are more practical and should always be attempted when possible

imo the issue is getting that tipper utilt after pummel uthrow at 0%. without the extra %, fox can cc/asdi the uair, right?
